The SaniServ 704 margarita machine does not take up much counter space because it has a small footprint. For durability and resistance to rusting, the exterior is made of stainless steel, and the interior has a steel frame to provide structural support. A countertop mounting pad is included to prevent the unit from damaging the counter. On the front, a face plate enables customers to view the product as it is mixing. This unit is capable of producing 28 gallons of product in an hour.
The SaniServ 704 frozen drink machine is cooled by a self-contained, air-cooled refrigeration system, which uses R404A refrigerant and has a 2-horsepower compressor. The 1⁄2-horsepower dasher is made of stainless steel with low-friction scraper blades that mix the product. An AccuFreeze™ solid-state control ensures that product is mixed consistently. This unit provides quick product freezing and recovery, ensuring customers have consistently frozen beverages each time.
