The Koolaire KDT0300A/K400 ice maker with bin can produce 333 pounds in 24 hours, making full-cube ice that is ideal for restaurants and bars. Its condenser is air cooled, so the equipment is cooled with fresh air circulated by fans. Inside the ice maker, the food zone – the area that houses components that come in contact with water or ice – is accessible behind the lift-off door. Parts in this area are made of corrosion-resistant plastic, and users can see which areas need cleaning since they are white. Some of the parts are removable, which simplifies the cleaning process.
This Koolaire KDT0300A/K400 ice machine head with bin can store 365 pounds. It has a bin door that is insulated with foam to retain cold air and prevent condensation accumulation. This door stays open, so users can scoop ice, and a holder inside the bin keeps the scoop out of ice to prevent contamination.
