Imperial PCVG-2 Description
The Imperial PCVG-2 double full-size convection oven’s top, front, sides, and doors are made of durable stainless steel that’s resistant to rust and corrosion. The full convection oven measures 38 inches wide by 411/2 inches deep by 74 inches high and sits on casters for smooth maneuverability. The double convection oven is powered by natural gas, and each chamber is equipped with a porcelain interior featuring coved corners for easy cleaning and five wire racks that can be adjusted as needed.
The Imperial PCVG-2 double full-size convection oven’s doors open outwards using a centrally mounted handle. The doors also have windows and interior lights to facilitate visual monitoring. Each oven has a control panel that provides programmable digital controls, a 60-minute timer, and separate manual controls for timer and temperature.
