When ambient air is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and incoming water is 50 degrees, this unit produces 121 pounds of gourmet top-hat ice that measures 11/4 inches high by 1 inch in diameter. Because of their large size, these ice cubes are ideal for cooling cocktails or spirits. It utilizes R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant.
To establish a streamlined appearance in kitchens or bars, the heavy-duty Ice-O-Matic UCG130A ice machine is made of stainless steel and plastic. The metal is durable and corrosion resistant, while the plastic accents reduce the visibility of fingerprints.
