The Howard-McCray SC-CMS34N-8-LED double-duty red meat case is ideal for delis and grocery stores, as it features a white interior and exterior with a stainless steel top and sides. This build is designed to draw focus to the meat inside and helps make identifying cuts or any messes easy. The front glass is straight and thermal insulated to help retain cool temperatures, and CFC-free insulation is foamed between the paneling.
For smooth operation, the Howard-McCray SC-CMS34N-8-LED 34N series red meat display case’s refrigeration system is self-contained and uses R513a refrigerant. The system can be set between 34 and 36 degrees Fahrenheit as determined by the input settings via the electronic controls. To ensure thorough cleaning, the grilles and doors can be removed.
