Ideal for use in butchers and grocery stores, the Howard-McCray SC-CFS34N-8-LED full-service fish/poultry case features a 59.9-cubic-foot interior with a single stainless steel ice pan for holding product displays. This cabinet uses a self-contained refrigeration system to maintain set holding temperatures ranging from 38 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. To ensure safe and efficient operation, the system uses R513a refrigerant. The Copevap system enables a condensate-pan-free operation.
Both the interior and exterior of the Howard-McCray SC-CFS34N-8-LED fish/poultry service case are white with stainless steel trim. The neutral appearance works to draw attention to the products inside and enables quick identification of messes. To accommodate the weight of labeling and weighing equipment and endure constant contact, the top is made of stainless steel. The base of the cabinet features a compact storage compartment for quick access to basic packing materials or maintenance supplies.
