The Hoshizaki KM-2600SWJ3 crescent cube ice machine head can produce 2,482 pounds of ice each day, making it a good choice for high-volume locations such as movie theaters or sporting arenas. Because of the unique crescent cube shape, the ice produced by this machine is exceptionally hard and melts more slowly than other types of ice cubes. The stainless steel construction of this unit can withstand intensive use and is resistant to rusting and denting.

The Hoshizaki KM-2600SWJ3 crescent cube ice machine head alerts users when servicing or repairs are required, using its EverCheck™ alert system. For quick maintenance, the panels of this machine are removable, providing access to all components. Its H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial medium fights the growth of bacteria and decreases cross contamination, promoting clean, fresh-tasting ice.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
