In ideal ambient conditions, the Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ ice maker produces as much as 1,073 pounds of ice. Its condenser is self-contained, which means the unit can be installed more quickly than a remote model. Because this condenser is cooled by water, it’s more energy efficient than an air-cooled unit. It uses R404A refrigerant.

The Hoshizaki KM-1100MWJ ice machine head makes crescent cube ice. This style of ice has a high ice-to-water ratio, which means it is versatile and cools glasses of drinks quickly. It can be both served in soft drinks and blended into coffee drinks. To keep ice tasting fresh, this unit has an H-Guard Plus® antimicrobial treatment that helps prevent bacteria from growing.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
