To facilitate cleaning, the Hoshizaki KM-1100MAJ50 ice machine head has removable air filters. It’s coated with H-GUARD Plus® antimicrobial to slow the growth of bacteria, reducing the spread of germs when multiple people come in contact with it. If maintenance is needed, the EverCheck™ alert system informs employees of the issue to eliminate guesswork. A bin must be purchased separately for use.

The Hoshizaki KM-1100MAJ50 crescent-cube ice maker’s evaporator is made of stainless steel to resist rust and corrosion. For durability, the exterior also has a stainless steel construction. This unit makes as much as 1,023 pounds of ice each day, but if conditions are less than ideal, it produces closer to 785 pounds of ice daily. Its condenser is self-contained and air cooled, and it operates with eco-friendly R404A refrigerant.

Note: This unit must be paired with an ice maker bin or ice dispenser.
