The Hoshizaki FS-1501MLJ-C ice machine features an air-cooled, remote condenser and cools using R404A refrigerant. It can produce as much as 1,386 pounds of cubelet-style ice in a day—a small, chewable type of ice that’s ideal for cooling soft drinks. To maintain ideal ice quality, it flushes out sediment in a 2-second cycle every hour.

The Hoshizaki FS-1501MLJ-C ice maker has a versatile operating ambient temperature range of 45 to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. With a stainless steel exterior, it can endure intensive use without denting or warping. To indicate operational issues and ensure the unit is functioning at optimal performance, it features an EverCheck™ alert system.
