The Hoshizaki F-801MWJ cubelet ice machine head makes 632 pounds of ice in 24 hours if the ambient temperature is 70 degrees Fahrenheit and the water temperature is 50 degrees Fahrenheit. It makes cubelet ice that works well in soft drinks, mixed drinks, and more, since the ice takes on the flavor of whatever beverage it is put in. The CleanCycle24 technology removes sediment from the ice every hour with a 2-second flush cycle.

An infrared beam senses how full the ice bin is, and when it has reached capacity, the sensor shuts the compressor off to prevent overflows and save energy. The exterior of the unit is made of stainless steel, so the unit is durable, corrosion resistant, and easy to clean. Since the panels on the Hoshizaki F-801MWJ cubelet ice machine head are easy to remove, servicing the unit is simple. Ice storage bins are sold separately.
