The Globe SP62P-4 planetary pizza mixer is a cast iron floor model mixer that can process 50 pounds of flour at a time. The mixer is ideal for use in establishments frequently making pizza dough because it can keep up with high demand. The mixer is 30¹/₄ inches wide by 41³/₅ inches deep by 60 inches high and made of durable cast iron. It sits on nonslip rubber feet and has an enamel grey finish.

The attachments included with the Globe SP62P-4 planetary pizza mixer are an aluminum spiral dough hook, a flat beater, and a stainless steel whip. The 60-quart stainless steel bowl is large and requires a power lift to move it into place on the mixer. To move the bowl, it should be placed on the heavy-duty bowl truck to reduce physical strain on operators. The mixer has four fixed speeds and features a control pad on the front equipped with a 60-minute digital timer and a last-batch recall feature.
