This electrically powered, manually operated slicing machine is simple to use and equipped with an index system that enables precise and accurate slices for uniform products. The carriage provides a tilted design that can hold large items like prosciutto and mortadella, while the no-grip handle encourages safe use as operators slice. This slicer is equipped with safety features such as the no voltage release—the interlock which disables the slicer without the knife cover in place—and a home position start.
