Operating the slicer is user friendly with its smooth, ball-bearing chute slide, and the stain-resistant anodized aluminum finish eases cleaning.

This Globe C12 food slicer’s space-saving design is compact and lightweight, while the top-mounted knife sharpener is sturdy, accessible, and removable. To create a razor-sharp cutting edge, the dual-action sharpener has two stones. For cleaning, this unit’s slice deflector, food chute, and knife cover are removable.
