With a 24-quart hopper and 16-quart freezing cylinder, the Frosty Factory 289A margarita machine can make (390) 10-ounce drinks per hour, so its fast production works great for popular flavors. To merchandise the beverage, the header sign lights up and catches the eyes of passersby. Product can be seen through a window on the front, meaning customers know what to expect before purchasing, and the beverages are dispensed over a drip tray that contains messes. Any splatter can be wiped off the stainless steel finish, and when the hopper gets low on mix, an indicator light illuminates and notifies staff. This design reduces downtime and prevents drink mix from running out. If any product is leftover at the end of the day, staff can use standby mode to save the product by refrigerating it overnight.
Because it has an air-cooled condenser, this Frosty Factory 289A frozen beverage machine needs only to be plugged in and does not require a water line or condenser connection.
