The Globe SP62P planetary pizza mixer is a large floor unit designed for restaurants producing large quantities of pizza or bread dough. The mixer measures 30¹/₄ inches wide by 41³/₅ inches deep by 60 inches high and is constructed of rigid cast iron for durability and stability during rigorous mixing cycles. The mixer comes with a 60-quart stainless steel mixing bowl and an aluminum dough hook that can manage 50 pounds of flour at a time.

This Globe SP62P planetary pizza mixer has two fixed speeds, which can be selected and controlled using the front-mounted touchpad. The touchpad is also equipped with a 60-minute digital timer and a last-batch recall for repeating batch settings. The bowl has a safety interlocked power lift and can be moved using the heavy-duty bowl truck to help reduce physical strain on the user. The stainless steel bowl guard minimizes the debris that falls into the bowl. Ingredients can be included in the bowl using the built-in chute.
