CMA Dishmachines E-C-EXT Energy Mizer® Low Temp Door Type Dishwasher w/ 40 Rack/hr Capacity, 115v

The CMA E-C-EXT Energy Mizer® low-temp dishwasher has a 90-second total cycle with a 45-second wash and rinse cycle; dwelling takes around 30 seconds. In an hour, it washes 40 racks or 160 covers, and it can accommodate one 20-inch standard rack. To fit most wares, the door opening has a 20¹/₂-inch-tall maximum clearance to fit most wares.

When the door on the CMA E-C-EXT door-type dishwasher is closed, it automatically starts then stops when it’s opened. It’s made of durable stainless steel for resistance to rust and corrosion, and the upper and lower wash arms inside the compartment feature the same construction. The top of the dismachine features a simple-to-use control box with built-in chemical pumps and a deliming system. The scrap tray is designed for capturing debris so they don’t enter the drain system; meanwhile, the air gap keeps waste water away from the dishwasher.
