The True TUC-27D-2-HC-LP low-profile undercounter refrigerator has drawers that can each accommodate one full-size, 12-inch by 20-inch by 6-inch food pan, and with the addition of divider bars, the drawers can hold different pan configurations. For comfort, each drawer is fitted with a heavy-duty, 12-inch handle, and because the handles are recessed, they do not stick out into the aisle. Mostly made of stainless steel, these drawers are durable, while its interior has an aluminum liner with cleanable coved corners in the stainless steel floor.

This True TUC-27D-2-HC-LP undercounter refrigerator can safely hold open food products. Its ¹⁄₂-inch-diameter stem castors create a 31⁷⁄₈-inch, low-profile work surface height. To retain cold air, the entire cabinet and drawer facings are insulated with polyurethane, keeping the temperature at a set level between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit. Lengthening the unit’s lifespan, the compressor’s fan motor blows air in reverse for 20 seconds every cycle; this mechanism removes dirt and dust from the condensing coil. When combined with routine maintenance, this self-cleaning function helps improve performance, optimize efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.
