The True TUC-27G-HC~FGD01-LP undercounter refrigerator has a low-profile 31⁷⁄₈-inch height. With a GalFan-coated steel back, the top, front, and ends are made of stainless steel. Included, are two heavy-duty, adjustable PVC-coated wire shelves, along with four chrome-plated shelf clips for each. These shelves are adjustable in ¹⁄₂-inch increments, and the shelf support pilasters are made of the same material as the cabinet interior. With safety-shielded, LED lights, this glass door has lighting throughout, while high-density, polyurethane insulation is foamed in place throughout the cabinet walls.

The True TUC-27G-HC~FGD01-LP undercounter refrigerator evaporator has interior temperatures that can be set between 33 and 38 degrees Fahrenheit, while fans circulate air through the cabinet to provide consistent temperatures throughout. For longtime use, the fan motors are reliable and the evaporator’s epoxy coating is corrosion resistant. Improving performance and maintaining a clean condensing coil, the condenser’s fan motor reverses for 20 seconds each time it cycles on; this blows away any dust or dirt that’s settled on the coil. Though this mechanism lengthens the unit’s lifespan and reduces energy consumption, it functions best when employed alongside regular preventive maintenance.
