True 27″ Spec Series® Sandwich/Salad Prep Table w/ Refrigerated Base, 115v
The True TSSU-27-08D-2-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep table features a refrigerated base with two drawers capable of storing required ingredients or replacement food pans. Each drawer has a 12-inch-wide recessed handle that can be locked when not in use to prevent after-hours tampering. Each drawer can hold one full-size food pan, and the unit itself comes with 8 sixth-size clear polycarbonate food pans that can be used to hold classic sandwich ingredients in the top section of the unit.
The pans are protected by a foam-insulated stainless steel cover, which traps in cold air to keep ingredients fresh and crisp. A white cutting board mounted on the top of the table in front of the food pans creating space for the user to customize salads and sandwiches for guests, and to keep maintenance simple, the cutting board can be removed for cleaning.
The True TSSU-27-08D-2-HC~SPEC3 sandwich and salad prep station has a stainless steel front, sides, and back to create a durable, toughened construction. Additionally, its back is coated in GalFan which works to protect the steel from corrosion and damage. The full unit measures 275/8 inches wide by 301/8 inches deep by 413/4 inches tall; it sits on four castors, providing mobility and allowing for quick reorganization of kitchen layouts.
