The True STR2RPT-2HG/2HS-2S-HC two-section pass-thru refrigerator has a resilient stainless steel construction that resists rust and corrosion. The refrigeration unit is mounted at the top away from dust and dirt from the floor, and it’s self-contained to reduce cross-contamination risks. With digital controls, this unit can be adjusted from 33 to 38 degrees Fahrenheit, and it cools with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. After this unit’s compressor is turned on, its fan motor reverses its direction for 20 seconds to help remove pileups of dirt and dust. This mechanisms helps reduce buildups on the condensing coil, which can improve product temperature and general function. Preventative maintenance requirements should still be carried out as needed.
