- Stainless steel construction is fully welded for durability and ease of cleaning
- 1-in.-thick fiberglass insulation ensures heat retention
- Completely welded with the outer cabinet welded to the liner
- On/off switch with an indicator light alerts the user of the power status
- 12 in. x 20 in. x 21⁄2 in. standard bottom crumb pan is made from stainless steel and slides out for cleaning
- Crumb pan slides out for easy emptying and cleaning
- Grates and duct are removable for simple cleaning
- Product is constantly rotated with the first-in, first out gravity feed to ensure freshness
- Pre-set temperature at 175 degrees F is adjustable up to 190 degrees F with tools via access hole on rear of unit
- 20-min. preheat to 160 degrees F
